Section 01
The Service Provision
Kina Digital Studio provides AI engineering, automation audits, and custom software. All 'Kina OS' components remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full transmission of project fees, at which point a usage license or ownership transfer is executed per individual contract.
Section 02
AI Strategy Disclaimer
Karina AI is a generative intelligence tool. While calibrated for high accuracy, her outputs are for 'Strategic Guidance' only. Kina Digital is not liable for business losses, data errors, or autonomous decisions made by the client following an AI interaction.
Section 03
Consultation & No-Show Policy
Strategy Sessions are limited to 60 minutes. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via the Kina Terminal. Failure to attend results in a 'Signal Interruption,' and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
Section 04
Geographic Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Newcastle upon Tyne.
